The lighting, scene, and SSS of the skin are great. The eyes, as pointed out already, need some work in the reflection/refraction department to add more realism. Love the choice of camera angle and POV. Is the hair done using Hair/Fur modifier, or is it modeled/transmap hair from Poser? Either way, looks good.

it's a beautiful rendering, but may I suggest that some of the lines are off on the perspective of this image. The angle of the stairs and the baseboard doesn't match up with the ceiling lines. The plant at the back suggest the floor is quite deep at that point, but it doesn't look right. It's so pretty otherwise it's hard to notice!
Thanks for the advice, I think the perspective issue is due to the fact that I was experimenting with a physical camera model, there are many setting I'm still not sure of. It may be that I messed with the vertical shift too much, it was to fix the fact that her face looked too close to the camera originally. Thank you.
same, her eyes look... I don't know, a little glazed... like with some of those statues at madame Tussuad. as for the rest, the skin looks very realistic with the occasional birthmark here and there, and the complexion.
